Emptying
Rely on future oriented solutions for opening and emptying glass and PET bottles or cans. Depending on the container the emptier is combined with an adequate opening unit. Underfilled or mislabelled bottles are decrowned or unscrewed in the machine and then transported to the emptying unit. The caps are transferred into a container. Cans are directly transported to the emptying unit. The liquid is pressed out of the containers by means of CO2 pressure via special emptying valves and disposed of through a collection line.
Oxygen absorption and re-infection are minimized. Depending on the application the machines can be designed for emptying on a bottle conveyor integrated into a filling line or cratewise in a single station. All machines are prepared for CIP and meet the necessary hygienic requirements.
As an innovation we offer a machine for emptying six-packs without opening the single bottles.
