Emptying on a Bottle Conveyor

To open and empty bottles or cans we offer different machine types depending on the closure and container typ:

EV 940 S/ER - Decrowning and rmptying of bottles
EV 940 S/ER/D - Decrowning and rmptying of bottles and cans
EV 980 P - Unscrewing and rmptying of glas and plastic bottles

Machine characteristics:

EV 940 S/ER: Decrowning/Emptying bottles

EV 940 S/ER

This system is a combination of an individual decrowning and an emptying machine. The bottles or cans to be processed are carried into the machine on a single-lane transporter, where they are then split up by an endless screw, decrowned by a special decrowning wheel and then emptied in the emptying unit. In contrast to bottles, cans are carried directly into the emptying unit, where the liquid is extracted almost completely from the container under gas pressure (CO2, nitrogen or air) by means of a special emptying pipe and fed to a collection pipe.

EV940 S/ER/D: Decrowning/Emptying bottles and cans

This system is a combination of an individual decrowning and an emptying machine. The bottles or cans to be processed are carried into the machine on a single-lane transporter, where they are then split up by an endless screw, decrowned by a special decrowning wheel and then emptied in the emptying unit. EV 980 P: Unscrewing/Emtpying

EV 980 P

This system is a combination of an individual decapping and an emptying machine. The bottles are first of all taken up by a star and decapped. The liquid is then extracted from them under gas pressure in the emptying unit by means of special emptying heads.
