The focus of this year’s exhibition presentation is our rotation decrowner RK940 as well as our new developed rotative uncapping machine.
Neck-Sleeve-Remover
After opening an aluminium roll on cap with a pilferproof band a sleeve remains on the bottle neck. The function of the below described machine is, to remove this sleeve. The innovative of this machine is a short cut into the sleeve from below before this is pushed over the bottle shoulder and ripped open hereby. The sleeves are removed as follows:
1. Step
The bottles are stopped on a bottle conveyor.
2. Step
Two holders surround the bottle mouth short above the sleeve and center the bottles.
3. Step
In front a spring-loaded knife is swiveled in by a rotation (vertical to the bottle conveyor) and cuts the sleeve from below. The screwing is carried out without damaging the glass. After cutting the knife is swiveled out again.
4. Step
The sleeve is pushed downwards by the two holders and ripped over the bottle shoulder. Due to the cutting edge the opened sleeve always falls backwards (to the opposite side) and can be disposed there.
