Unscrewing/Decrowning
RINK systems unscrew glass as well as PET bottles. They operate so gently that the full reuse of bottles can be ensured.
Specially designed unscrewing heads are equipped with a tracer pin and lower exactly down onto the bottles. If a cap is detected the corresponding head closes – the cap is removed by a slight turning and simultaneously lifting. If no cap is detected the head remains opened. No bottle contact – no damage!
The caps are collected and transported into a container.
The RINK unscrewer can be designed for any line performance. Moreover, it can easily be combined with a decrowner. That way, all kinds of caps can be removed efficiently, saving costs and user-friendly – with one single machine.
