Decrowning
RINK systems decrown in a gentle and cost efficient way, electronically controlled and monitored. The RINK decrowner works as simply as a bottle opener.
Various designs are available to meet your requirements. For low performance or in combination with unscrewing, bottles are decrowned crate-by-crate. Special plastic sleeves are lowered precisely onto the bottles and gently remove the crown corks while simultaneously lifting.
The rotation decrowner is designed for high performance. A continuously turning drum removes crown corks from the passing crates. Disruptive influences such as tolerances in the height of bottles and measurements of crates are automatically compensated for.
The single bottle decrowner realizes the return of selected and closed bottles in the production process quickly and economically.
