Removing bottle neck coverings FKE 950
This system removes the neck coverings from bottles. A special gripping system removes any covering present by a turning action on the bottle neck.
A blower conveys the separated covering to a collecting container so that it can be recycled. From bottle neck label to bottle neck label again.
Removing bottle neck foil FOREC 97
FOREC 97 is a system for removing bottle foil dry. The machine is designed for circulatory operation. The foil removed is collected in the machine and can be conveyed to an external container on a conveyor. The whole operation is fully automated.
Removing Full-Body-Sleeves FAB 06
Full-Body-Sleeves offer the opportunity to create multiple design variations on a single bottle type and thus differ significantly from competitors. Up to now, removing those sleeves from returnable bottles proved to be rather complicated and could be done only manually. This resulted in the use of more and more non-returnable bottles.
Again, RINK presents an innovative solution for the automatic separation of the sleeve from the bottle, enabling the use of returnable bottles without any further complications.
