When returned PET bottles are deformed they often cause disturbances while being transported on the bottle conveyor. Therefore, we have developed an unscrewing and regenerating machine.
By means of compressed air the bottles are blown into their original shape. Simultaneously, a certain amount of water is injected and increases the transport stability of the bottles.
This way disturbances are significantly reduced and the line efficiency is improved. For ecological and economical reasons the removal of aluminium foil around the bottle neck prior to the washing machine is an interesting option. The RINK solution for this task: the RINK foil-remover.
